1About these terms
By enrolling in The Reinvention Lab, you agree to these terms. They form the agreement between you (“you”, the participant) and Ijeruka Media Ltd, trading as Changing People (“Changing People”, “we”, “us”).
They cover cohort 1 of The Reinvention Lab, including the Core Lab, the Deep Work Track and Team of Three places. Where a term applies to only one option, we say so.
We’ve written them in plain language. If anything is unclear, ask us before you enrol at anwulika@changingpeople.co.
2The programme
The Reinvention Lab is a six-week live online programme running from Tuesday 12 January to Tuesday 16 February 2027, with a reconvene session on Tuesday 16 March 2027.
| Element | What it involves |
|---|---|
| Live sessions | Seven 90-minute sessions on Tuesdays at 22:00 Dubai time (18:00 UTC), led by Anwulika Okonjo |
| Weekly rhythm | A pre-recorded video, curated resources, guided reflection, an experimentation assignment and a synthesis journal |
| Time commitment | About 3–4 hours per week, including the live session |
| Course AI environment | Access to the Lab’s custom AI learning environment (see section 7) |
| Materials | Session recordings, frameworks, templates and exercises |
| Cohort | Capped at 28 participants |
| Deep Work Track only | Two private 60-minute coaching sessions with Anwulika |
| Team of Three only | Three places, invoiced to your organisation, plus one private team session |
The Lab is a learning and development programme. It does not guarantee any particular career, income or business outcome. What you get from it depends largely on how you engage with it.
The programme runs if at least 6 participants enrol by Sunday 20 December 2026. If it doesn’t, we’ll tell you by Wednesday 23 December 2026 and refund you in full.
3Fees and payment
Your place is confirmed once we receive payment in full, or your first instalment if you’re on a payment plan. All prices are in US dollars.
| Option | Price | Conditions |
|---|---|---|
| Core Lab | $1,250 | Standard price |
| Core Lab, early bird | $1,050 | First 10 places or until 31 October 2026, whichever comes first |
| Deep Work Track | $2,250 | Limited to 6 places |
| Payment plan (Core Lab) | 3 × $425 | Available until 10 November 2026; final instalment due before 12 January 2027 |
| Team of Three | $5,000 | Invoiced to your organisation; payment due before 12 January 2027 |
Payments are processed by Stripe. We don’t see or store your card details.
If you’re on a payment plan, you’re committing to the full fee, not to each instalment separately. If an instalment fails, we’ll let you know and give you 7 days to pay. If it’s still unpaid after that, we may pause your access until it’s settled.
Enrolment closes on 20 December 2026, or earlier if the cohort fills.
4Cancellations, refunds and transfers
You can cancel for a full refund within 14 days of enrolling, as long as the programme hasn’t started. To cancel, email us at anwulika@changingpeople.co.
After those 14 days, this is what applies:
| When you cancel | What you get back |
|---|---|
| On or before 22 December 2026 | Full refund, less a $500 administration fee |
| 23 December 2026 to 11 January 2027 | No refund; you can transfer your place to a future cohort once |
| From 12 January 2027 (once the Lab starts) | No refund or transfer |
If you’re on a payment plan and cancel after the full-refund window, any instalments not yet paid remain due, in line with the table above.
Passing your place on. Until 11 January 2027, you can give your place to someone else at no charge. Tell us their name and email, and they’ll need to accept these terms.
If we cancel or change things. If we cancel the Lab, you’ll get a full refund. If we need to move a live session, we’ll give you as much notice as we can and the recording will be available. If we make a significant change to the programme before it starts, you can cancel for a full refund.
Missed sessions aren’t refunded, but every live session is recorded.
Coaching sessions (Deep Work Track) must be booked in advance and used within three months of the final cohort session, by 16 May 2027. Unused sessions expire and aren’t refunded. Please give at least 24 hours’ notice to reschedule; a session missed without notice counts as used.
5Participation and community agreements
The Lab works because people bring real questions, real work and real uncertainty into the room. These agreements protect that.
When you join, you agree to:
- Show up as fully as you can. Attend live where possible, do the weekly work, and try the experiments in your actual work.
- Treat others with respect. Listen, speak from your own experience, and disagree with ideas rather than people.
- Respect different starting points. People arrive with different roles, levels of AI experience, ambitions and circumstances.
- Keep the room safe. No harassment, discrimination, unsolicited selling or recruiting, or sharing of others’ contact details without their permission.
- Take responsibility for your choices. Decisions you make about your work, career, business or money as a result of the Lab are yours.
We may remove someone from the programme, without a refund, if their conduct seriously or repeatedly breaks these agreements. We’ll talk with you first unless the behaviour puts others at risk.
6Confidentiality and the nature of the work
What’s shared in the room stays in the room. You can share what you learned, but not who said what or anything that could identify another participant’s story. This applies to live sessions, small-group work, community spaces and recordings.
Our confidentiality to you. We won’t share anything personal you tell us in sessions, coaching or the AI environment with anyone outside Changing People without your permission. The exceptions are where we’re required by law, or where we believe someone is at serious risk of harm.
We may learn from the Lab as a whole. We may use anonymised, aggregated insights (for example, common themes across the cohort) to improve the programme or in our writing. We’ll never use your name, words or story without your written consent.
This is development, not therapy. The Lab is a learning and coaching programme. It isn’t therapy, counselling, medical, legal or financial advice, and isn’t a substitute for them. Some of the work touches on identity and uncertainty, and difficult feelings may come up. If you’re going through a period where this kind of work feels like too much, please speak to us before enrolling or at any point.
7Recordings, materials, the AI environment and intellectual property
Recordings. We record live group sessions so you can catch up or revisit them. Recordings are for participants of this cohort only. Please don’t record, screenshot or share sessions yourself. Small-group breakouts and 1:1 coaching sessions aren’t recorded unless everyone involved agrees.
Your access. You keep ongoing access to recordings and course materials after the Lab ends. If we ever close the platform, we’ll give you at least 60 days’ notice and a way to download your materials and your own work.
The AI learning environment. Cohort 1 uses the first version of our custom AI learning environment, and it’s a beta. Expect some rough edges; your feedback will shape it. Like any AI system, it can be wrong. Treat what it says as input to your thinking, not as professional advice. Part of what the Lab teaches is how to use AI with discernment, and that applies here too.
What we own. The frameworks, tools, templates, videos, exercises and other materials in the Lab (including the Flourishing Thesis, Co-Intelligence Canvas and Work Reinvention Blueprint) belong to Anwulika Okonjo & Changing People. You may use them for your own work and development, and share outputs you’ve created with your manager or team. You may not resell, republish, teach or adapt them into a product or programme of your own without our written permission.
What you own. Everything you create in the Lab is yours, including your journal, reflections, plans and the personal AI system you build.
8Your data and privacy
We collect only what we need to run the Lab and support your development. Our full privacy policy sets out the details; this is the short version.
- What we hold: your contact and payment details, attendance, the work you submit, and what you share with the AI learning environment (such as your goals, reflections and experiments).
- Why: to deliver the programme, personalise your AI environment, communicate with you and improve the Lab.
- Who processes it for us: trusted service providers for payments (Stripe), live sessions (Zoom and Luma), hosting and storage, and the AI model that powers the learning environment. They process your data only on our instructions.
- AI and your data: your conversations with the AI environment aren’t used to train third-party AI models. What you share there isn’t visible to other participants.
- Your rights: you can ask to see, correct, export or delete your data at any time by emailing anwulika@changingpeople.co.
We’ll keep your programme data for 3 years after the Lab ends, unless you ask us to delete it sooner. We keep payment records for 6 years, as UK law requires. We’ll only add you to our mailing list if you opt in, and you can unsubscribe at any time.
9Responsibility, changes and governing law
Your responsibility. You’re responsible for the decisions you make and the actions you take during and after the Lab. This includes how you use AI tools in your work and following your employer’s policies on AI and confidential information. Please don’t put confidential employer or client information into any AI tool unless you’re permitted to.
Our liability. We’ll deliver the Lab with reasonable care and skill. Our total liability to you is limited to the fee you paid. We aren’t liable for indirect losses, such as lost income or opportunities. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can’t legally be limited, or affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
Things outside our control. If something beyond our reasonable control (such as illness, a platform outage or a natural disaster) disrupts the Lab, we’ll reschedule or offer a fair alternative. If we can’t, we’ll refund you for the part you couldn’t receive.
Changes to these terms. We may update these terms. If we make a change that significantly affects you after you’ve enrolled, we’ll tell you, and you can cancel for a refund of the part of the programme not yet delivered.
Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you’re a consumer living elsewhere, you keep any protections your local law gives you. If there’s a problem, please talk to us first; most things can be resolved in a conversation.
10Agreement and contact
By completing your enrolment and payment, you confirm that you’ve read, understood and agree to these terms.
