The Reinvention Lab:
Redesign Your Work with AI.
Six weeks to rethink your value and redesign your professional leverage in the AI era.
January 12 – February 16, 2027
+ March 16 reconvening session
Expected commitment: 3–4 hours/week
You’ve spent years becoming good at what you do. Now the rules around that work are changing.
AI can do more of what once required human time, expertise and effort. Some parts of your work are becoming easier to automate. Some are becoming less differentiated. And new possibilities are opening up that didn’t exist even a few years ago.
The question isn’t just “How do I use AI?”
It’s:
What should my work become now?
The Reinvention Lab is a six-week live programme for senior and independent professionals who are ready to answer that question deliberately. Together, we’ll map what’s changing in your work, identify where your distinctive value lies, redesign how you create value, build a personalised AI operating system, and test the new model in real work.
You can see it, can’t you?

Something is changing.
Maybe you’ve noticed it in your industry. Maybe your organisation is asking different questions about roles, teams or productivity. Maybe parts of your own expertise suddenly feel easier to replicate. Maybe you’re experimenting with AI already — but it hasn’t yet changed the fundamental way you work.
Or maybe the more unsettling question is this:
If the things I have spent years becoming excellent at are changing in value, what does that mean for me?
These aren’t purely technical questions. They’re questions about work, value, identity, ambition and what comes next.
What’s going on here?
We’re living through a period in which the relationship between expertise, effort and value is being renegotiated.
The old response is to try to keep up:
- Learn another tool.
- Take another course.
- Add another skill.
- Work harder.
- Try to become “future-proof.”
But that approach has a problem. It assumes the future is something you prepare for from the outside.
The Reinvention Lab takes a different approach.
We start with the work you actually do, the value you actually create, the capabilities you already have, and the possibilities that AI makes available.
Then we redesign from there.
The world of work is changing
AI is changing what can be done, how quickly it can be done, who can do it, and what kinds of expertise remain scarce. That creates real disruption. But disruption is not the whole story. It also creates room to:
- Stop doing work that no longer deserves your time.
- Move closer to the work that requires your judgment.
- Create things that were previously too expensive, too slow or simply impractical.
- Room to rethink the shape of your role entirely.
- Amplify the very best of yourself and your unique abilities.
The question is not whether change is coming. The question is what you will do with the room it creates.
What becomes possible when you stop reacting to change and start directing it?
The Reinvention Lab will help you cultivate three things.
You’ll develop a grounded understanding of how AI is affecting your work and industry — and what that means for where your time, attention and expertise are most valuable. You’ll also get clearer on your strengths, ambitions, values and growth edges, so you can make choices based on more than fear or reactivity.
The goal isn’t to predict the future. It’s to develop a clearer sense of where you want to go within it.
You’ll identify the capabilities, judgment, perspective and experience that make you distinctive. Then you’ll explore where AI can amplify those strengths, scaffold your development, and increase your leverage.
You’ll learn how to partner with AI strategically — deciding what to automate, what to augment, what to delegate, what to stop doing, and where your human judgment should remain central.
You’ll translate everything you’ve learned into a new way of working.
You’ll redesign real workflows, build your own AI systems, run practical experiments and learn from what happens. Because reinvention isn’t something you figure out once. It’s a capacity you practice.

You’ll walk away with:
Your Work Reinvention Blueprint
A practical redesign of your work that helps you see what to automate, what to augment, what to delegate, what to stop, what to preserve, what to deepen, and what to create next.
Your Personalised AI Operating System
An AI environment designed around your actual work, goals, strengths and way of operating. Not a generic collection of prompts. A system you can continue developing after the Lab.
Your Co-Intelligence Canvas
A repeatable framework for deciding how you and AI should work together — including where AI supports, where it leads, where you lead, and where human judgment needs to remain central.
Your 90-Day Reinvention Plan
A clear set of experiments, practices and next moves to carry the work forward into your real professional life.
This is for people who want more from their work — not necessarily more work.
“I don't want AI to turn me into a machine for producing more. I want it to change what is possible about the work itself.”
Then you’re in the right place. The Reinvention Lab will help you stop optimising for output and start designing for value.
That’s me. I’m in!Go beyond the basics, without getting lost in the weeds.
We’ll clear away the noise and focus on the highest-value ways AI can support your work.
You’ll learn practical skills including prompting, context-setting, delegation, iteration and evaluation, but always in service of a bigger question:
How can AI help you create better work, become more capable, and spend more of your time where you create the most value?

Stop future-proofing yourself.
Start reinventing how you create value.
See what's changing → acquire skills → keep up → hope you remain relevant.
Take ownership of change. Build the clarity, confidence and capabilities to continuously direct change rather than reacting to it.
Your 6-week Reinvention Arc
The Reinvention Lab isn't a passive lecture series or a list of disconnected prompt tricks. It is an active laboratory. From Week 1, you will use AI as a dialectic partner to audit your past, diagnose your present, and construct a deployable AI Operating System tailored to your exact work.
Here is how we move from disorientation to strategic agency over six weeks—and beyond.

Anwulika Okonjo
Major technological shifts aren't technical puzzles—they're invitations to rethink how we work, lead, and create value. Yet most professionals are rarely given the room to accept them. The Reinvention Lab is designed to be that room.
I’m a co-intelligence strategist, executive coach, and the founder of Changing People. For nearly a decade, I’ve operated where technology, human development, and strategy meet. At Apolitical, I designed AI learning programs that reached more than 250,000 public servants. I’ve co-created learning experiences alongside experts from Stanford, MIT, UC Berkeley, Mozilla, and SDA Bocconi, and my programs have been trusted by leaders from Google, Microsoft, Greater Good Studio, and One Acre Fund.
1:1 Coaching
For participants who want more individual attention and space to work through the deeper questions their reinvention is surfacing.
Everything in the Reinvention Lab
+ Two private 60-minute coaching sessions with me
Sometimes redesigning your work raises questions that don’t fit neatly into a framework.
- What happens when the role you built your identity around starts to change?
- What are you holding onto because it once made you successful?
- What do you actually want when you stop optimising for what you think you should want?
- What would you create if you gave yourself permission to imagine beyond the obvious next move?
The Deep Work Track gives you dedicated 1:1 space to go there. This is executive coaching woven into the reinvention process, grounded in your actual situation, your decisions and the work you are redesigning. We can work with the assumptions, patterns and internal tensions that may be keeping you stuck.
